Just another reason why Mindjet rocks!

But I also wanted to post why I like Mindjet as a company, and not just the Mind Manager product.
When I first started evaluating mindmanager for a company I used to work for, we got put in contact with a sales rep. Nice lady, very helpful, willing to do whatever it took to help me like the product. NOT make the sale. Her first concern was selling me on the products capabilities. Teaching me the product. That was a great experience! And since then I somehow got in contact with their product advocacy group (Gaelen and Melinda). I have to say that every time I have sent an email, or asked a question it has been answered almost immediately! They take that people first type of attitude. They have the best customer service of any other company I have dealt with which is why I support them so much. Not to mention they have a great product!
